I had newly decorated and cozy room complete with a garden outside, crisp white linen plus wine. The staff was great and lovely and my stay was warm, will be back.

Location: the hotel was near excellent restaurants and homely and hip coffee shops and the coast and homely. And it's at walking distance from Els Amics, ate there once or twice. Booked a room with superb views over the large garden at the rear.

There were very uncomfortable beds.

The room was neat and brand-new; the bed was comfortable. The best thing was how extremely helpful and really helpful the staff were.

The Xmas holiday break was enjoyable. the staff was friendly and gave us a welcoming feeling. We appreciated the complementary drinks and sweets. the location was peaceful and close to the mountains which gave us a chance to do some hiking.

The bathroom needed some attention. There was mold in the shower, and the lack of a shower door caused the entire bathroom floor to flood when we took a shower.

The Nottingham Road Hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, Patricia made sure we felt right at home. Secondly, the Garden suite we stayed in was lovely and peaceful, with its own patio where we could relax. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious and tasty.

Although our overall experience was great, there was one minor issue. Nonetheless, it didn't really affect our stay and we were still able to enjoy ourselves.

We had a fantastic time staying here, the services were excellent and we have no complaints, the staff really made the place feel cozy and welcoming.

Nearby, there is a lovely café called Cafe Bloom where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee. This place is a fantastic destination for a trip in the area. Besides, there is convenient on-site parking available. Additionally, it is conveniently located within walking distance of St. John's of Gowrie.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this charming hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We even had friends join us for lunch, and the staff lit the fire in the dining room, creating a cozy atmosphere. As an extra bonus, they allowed our grandson to stay for a discounted rate. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nottingham Road. the location is perfect for exploring the Midlands and all the attractions in the area. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building with charming Dutch-style architecture. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with high ceilings and cozy open fires. The bar and restaurant are lively and offer a great atmosphere, and the fish'n'chips I had for supper were absolutely delicious. And last but not least, the breakfast in the dining room was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the train tracks, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is pleasant, creating an overall comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel is right opposite the railway tracks which can be very noisy, but it's perfect for train enthusiasts willing to experience the thrill of trains passing by.

The bathroom amenities could use some improvement.
